Recruiting MLM Network Marketing Leads
The most important aspect of any multi-level marketing business is the people. This is true in any business but it is especially important when you are trying to find associates to bring into your organization who will help to build your income. There are a lot of opportunities out there so how do you get a MLM lead interested in yours?
The way to get good people interested in you plan is to find out what interests them. The potential member you are talking to is not interested in what your product is. They could care less how well you do with the program. That person across the table is only interested in one thing.
The lead you are talking to wants to know what the business can do for them. People are self-centered and they will only be interested in something if it has the potential to affect them. Most people could care less about the business and the possibilities if they cant see how it relates to them.
Your job is to act as a transformer. To be successful at converting your leads into members of your down line, you must show them how your program can transform their lives. Remember, people who are unhappy with their lives are the only ones who are looking for more opportunity. Key into how they can get what they want with your program and you will sign a new member.
Don’t try to sell the program, this is how most new MLM people get off track, you just need to sell the dream. That person across the table is not interested in how the organization is set up or what the structure is like. They are only interested in what’s in it for them.
If you are successful in showing the lead how your plan can transform their life then they will continue to listen to your pitch. But if you can’t get them to see how they can achieve their dreams with what you offer then you might as well be talking to a wall. If the prospect can’t see the possibilities then you have no hope of getting them as a new member.
Your job in this process is to be a change agent. You absolutely must show the person you are talking to how the business can change their life. The majority of people are not happy with their standing in life and they want to make a change for the better. These people are ready to make a leap if you make the connection between their dreams and your plan.
This all is about how your opportunity can transform the prospect’s life. Everybody has dreams they want to reach. You need to show the person how your plan can help them to satisfy their desires and wants. Show them how your business can provide the roadway to their success.






I agree it is the dream that motivates but there are many other significant factors in this business. What I like best about my MLM is the product is free and distributors make money when people use it. The sole purpose of the product is to save the consumer money when they use it.
